Badly Organised

I tried to take my 93 year old mother here after months of trying to persuade her to visit a chiropodist. No proper signposting, set up in a garage by the look of it, and a very bossy woman had the cheek to come out and tell me off for going through an unmarked door into what turned out to be her surgery ...... no reception area apparently. Put mum off, put me off ....... and turned out to be mum's last trip before she died. Poor show.
